Help Trinbago Swimming

Trinbago Freestyles was formed during the COVID-19 pandemic as an avenue to connect the aquatic fraternity by providing a weekly Facebook/YouTube Live called Chlorine Callaloo.  Chlorine Callaloo, the brain child of host and producer Jason Wickham, provided a platform for the swimming community to connect and share experiences/knowledge in a way that was never done before.

As we progressed over the last twenty episodes we learned of many persons who have had severe difficulties in meeting their financial commitments due to the prolonged closure of swimming pools in Trinidad and Tobago due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Coaches, instructors, pool maintenance personnel, clubs, lifeguards, administrative professionals, aqua fitness instructors and other aquatic professionals have been out of income for five months and counting, and pools still remain closed.

We are asking you to contribute to an industry that has produced many national athletes and teams but also helps reduce drownings across Trinidad and Tobago.

We will also get together some of our friends for our Goggles and Giggles Virtual Show on Sunday October 25th to rally some more support for this cause.
