Help Tan & Cass Reach Solid Ground

Greetings everyone,
In November of 2017, my partner Tan and I landed in a perfect shit-storm, and have been trying not to drown ever since. Tan has endured almost a year of daily excruciating pain, and ever-worsening symptoms that have made even the simplest of things--like going to the bathroom or walking or eating--a strenuous event. Since this all began, Tan has lost 50lbs (and counting), walks with a cane, and has been all but certainly rendered infertile. We have had to step back from our promising media company, thus losing many great contracts and projects. We have even had to cancel our plans to get married this last spring. But the worst part has been watching Tan wither, and that bright light of hers slowly fade.
Recently, after many frantic ER visits and an onslaught of exams and tests, Tan has been given an initial diagnosis of advanced stage endometriosis, with suspicion of at least a partially frozen pelvis. In mid-September we will meet with a specialist surgeon to begin plotting out a challenging treatment and recovery plan. Even the most hopeful of doctors' estimates say that it will be at least 6 - 12 months before Tan is back to the Tan we know and love.
In addition to all of this, last month we learned that my 75-year-old mother's endometrial cancer has aggressively returned in her colon, after a decade of remission. The same day we also learned that the house we live in, that we specifically sought out due to how close it is to my mother's house, is being sold--so moving is in our near future as well.
Needless to say, this has been an overwhelmingly terrifying and difficult time for us. As I am an only child, I have been acting as the sole caregiver for both Tan and my mother: two very ill people I love more than anything and am terrified of losing.
It has been an extreme physical, mental, emotional, and financial strain on all of us. We humbly ask for your help.

- Transportation to the plethora of medical appointments
- Post-treatment home care
