Help Sunny get the Medical Care she needs

Sunny was rescued at 12 weeks at the Philadelphia SPCA after being found as a stray. She was not adoptable at the shelter so the rescue I am with LCPO Nepabullies took her in. Otherwise she was going to be euthanized.
Sunny is about 4-5 months old female pitbull mix. When we first got her we noticed she has a back leg problem. When she walks her legs give out on her or cross each other. When Sunny runs she hops like a bunny. We took her for X-rays and they showed that she has a problem with her spine not her legs. She has 3 deformed vertebras and 2 missing ones. She needs to she a surgeon to get this fixed so she can live a happy healthy life.
Sunny is the happiest puppy I ever encountered in my life. With all of her problem (Hernia, mange, secondary bacterial skin infection, leg problem and spine deformities) Sunny hops around till you pet her and give her some loving. She absolutely loves people, kids, other dogs and cat. She has a love for water and will splash around in a puddle all day long if you let her. Sunny is looking for her forever home and would make someone so happy given the chance but she needs to see if anything can be done with surgery or not.
