Hi, my name is Debbie. I appreciate you looking into our story of Rylee. We have had Rylee Mae since she was 8 weeks old, she is now 6 yrs old! She has always been an amazing girl I've had other pets, but this girl....very special and smart. Our family has a total of 4 kids and now 2 grandbabies, and let me tell you, boxers are the absolute best with the children. So gentle and kind. Rylee has always been a bit more special to us, she stayed home with me, her mommy as a young baby while I was dealing with some serious health issues myself. This little girl knows when something is going on with me even before I do! it's crazy how she warns me and lets me know "mom, you need to sit before you have an episode". I could go on and on about our baby and how very special she is to our family. None of us expected to get this news. I'll be honest I thought she was being sassy because I had to work all day and go to my sons game that night and thought maybe she was acting out and not eating (shes spoiled) but unfortunately thats not the case, Went to vet Saturday 8/6 they didn't like the labs or the fact her gums looked pale so they did a xray that wasn't able to show much but they think they do see a mass large enough you can't see the spleen. The Vet mentioned Hemangioma Carcinoma I immediately bawled my eyes out since. We are waiting for a call Monday to get an ultrasound done for a definate DX. As I said we have kids and don't really have the means to pay for all of this. Monday the ultrasound will run $575 and between $1500-$2000 for a visit with oncology. Beyond this first visit not sure what the expenses will be, I know we very well may have to travel some for specialty care. I've never been a person to ask for help until now. But Please help us save our girl even if it's only $1. I can 100% tell you I will pay it forward, I have received so much support and love through our boxers groups! What a great community we have. If you can donate we thank you as do our kids. We are all worried sick about her and how we will be able to financially get her the care she needs and deserves for being the sweetest girl ever.
