Cancer Is A Pain In The Butt

This summer, Rosey came back to the States for vacation and family. She went into a routine colonoscopy procedure only to find the shocking news that she had a growth. We quickly acted and got the growth removed, but also found that it was a "Stage 3 malignant neoplasm of the descending colon" that had spread to her pelvis and to a lymph node.

Because of this, Rosey is in Oklahoma City with her daughter undergoing 6 months of chemotherapy. During this time, Rosey cannot work since her job is overseas and is on leave without pay. Luckily insurance has been able to cover a large portion of surgery and upcoming treatments. If the goal is met, the money will go towards the insurance deductible so Rosey can continue to have coverage through this trial.
