Help Pat Live

TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS REQUIRED...
My family and my life have been enriched by having Patricia Denning as our sister.  Pat has been a source of strength to the family and has unselfishly given of her time, energy, and love to encourage those near and dear to her while sharing this same emotion with those she did not know very well.

Pat has worked in the medical profession for over 20 years and have spent countless hours pouring over medical journals and articles to help others understand in simple terms, healthcare.  It is for this reason I am searching for ways to HELP PAT LIVE.

In 2006, Pat sat at my dad's side as he died of cancer.  In 2013, Pat unselfishly cared for my brother who also became a cancer patient.  Pat, without hesitation, patiently sat for hours with our brother until he too, succumbed to death, by cancer.

In 2014 our mother was diagnosed with Alzeheimers disease requiring 24 hour in-home care.  Pat quit  her full time job in the medical field to care for mother; choosing only to work on alternate weekends as an outlet to generate some personal income.

It is with much sadness, I find myself writing about the eve of my arrival for Pat's weekend break.  This is the same weekend she was admitted to the hospital for acute chest pains.  Two days after hospital admittance, Pat was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer....

The initial shock that Pat has cancer was met with incredible disbelief by our family.   Pat was a picture of health.  Pat had worked in the medical field for over 20 years and has been blessed with insight to diseases most people would never encounter.

As I prepare this financial request, I'm being reminded of a conversation with Pat.  In fact, I now believe Pat did  suspect something was seriously wrong;  however, she attributed it to stress and the aging process.  For sure, it was nothing for me to concern myself with.

Reflecting back, I remember Pat had a severe cough for such a long time.  I wish I had done more.  I wish I had said more.  I wish I could do more now.  For this reason, I am reaching out to everyone I know and to those I don't know, PLEASE HELP PAT LIVE.   Pat is now in Rehab, fiercely working to improve her immune system in anticipation of Chemotherapy.

While improving her immune system, she is working with an Oncologist, a Neurologist,  a host of doctors, nurses, and cancer experts, along with homestatic measures that include fresh Breast Milk, Essiac Tea, Prayer and Encouragement from everyone, as the family make a joint effort to HELP PAT LIVE

For her months or even years of silent suffering,  PLEASE HELP PAT LIVE.   For the years she's blessed others with her attention to their care and for what she has meant to our family, especially our mother, PLEASE HELP PAT LIVE.

A critical need at the moment is the expense of getting Breast Milk.   The urgency is that the Breast Milk must be collected, properly stored,  and Expressed Delivered within two (2) days.  At the present time, the Breast Milk alone costs $99 for a One Week Express Delivery.

Pat currently receives Breast Milk for one week at a time.  Fortunately, the Breast Milk along with other measures seems to be working, remarkably well.  For this reason, I am asking PLEASE HELP PAT LIVE.

All money will be used for Pat's medical expenses, Express Deliveries, Medical Van Transportation, and expenses not covered by insurance.

Thank you EVERYONE for your generosity!
It is truly appreciated.
