Please help my gal pal Val!

Valerie has been my friend for over twenty years. In Februray, she was diagnosed with  Stage 2 Breast Cancer.  She has never asked for help from anyone for anything. When she told me about her diagnosis and treatment, she mentioned that there is a new technology that she will be testing in the west coast, called a Paxman Cap. This cap may prevent hair loss caused by chemotherapy. When she shared the cost of this cap, my first thought was to ask  friends and family for financial support.

Valerie started her own private practice in Marriage and Family Therapy a year ago. Since then her business has  been growing, but not fast enough to supplement cancer, chemo, and radiation especially being single in San Diego, California.

She will need 4 rounds of chemo and 6 weeks of radiation. She is  not eligible for disabililty and unemployment.


I want to share  this opportunity to help her pay for the cap, medical, and living expenses.  Her first round of chemo is July 21st.  She has to pay for the cap prior to the treatement. It is urgent, that if you want to help that you donate immediatly. Do not procratinate, because if you do, she will suffer the loss of her beautiful locks. For those of you who spend money on coloring, blow outs, and hair products, please consider sending the amount of what you pay monthly for your hair. Thanks!
