Martin's Religious Visa

Donation protected
My name is Martin Villoria and I am raising $6,000 in order to obtain my religious visa so that I may continue to serve at Church Project Dallas.

I am originally from the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2001 at the age of eighteen. In 2009, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies at Criswell College and continued my education to graduate with a Master’s of Divinity in 2014. For the last year, I have had the privilege of serving at Church Project Dallas (cpdallas.org) by teaching and writing curriculum for projectKids which is our children’s ministry at CPD.

When I was 26 years old I began pursing the call God placed in my heart to serve in His church. I am currently working towards being able to teach and preach God’s word through CPD. This calling requires me to stay in the United States, working for Church Project Dallas.

My current role at CPD is the Resident Assistant to the Director of Children’s Ministry. This role is an investment in the future of CPD and an investment in the futures of the children I am currently discipling. My prayer is for our students to grow up loving and obeying God, loving others, and to be an even brighter light shining Christ’s love than I ever could have been.

On May 31, 2015, my status as an International Student expires and I would be required to return to the Philippines. Church Project Dallas has expressed their desire for my continued service and I am planning on staying to pursue this calling. The government requires me to apply for a religious visa on the basis that I am a foreigner who sees his future in the United States through ministry. My goal is to obtain my religious visa and continue to serve at Church Project Dallas.

The total cost for the religious visa process, which includes fees and representation is $6,000. The deadline is May 15th. I hope that you would prayerfully consider financially supporting me that I may continue to be of service to the next generation of Christian youth in Dallas. God is faithful to provide and I am excited to see what He has in store for me next. (Philippians4:19)

Thank you,

Martin Villoria
