Mandy Skye-Ritchie from Coarsegold, CA was gardening when she fell and tore her anterior cruciate ligament, also known as ACL. She was to wear a knee brace until surgery. Soon after she developed a blood clot that lead to her lungs eventually stopping her heart. She was pronounced brain dead from a double pulmonary embolism at the hospital and life-support was removed soon after. She is survived by her loving husband Steve and four children, Sabrina, Sawyer, Finnly and Ava.
Due to the suddenness of this tragedy, any assistance with the costs of medical care, funeral expenses and care of her children, including her special needs son, would be greatly appreciated.
Mandy loved her family and friends with all her heart and was ready to take on any challenge in life. She was a long time member of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses as well as an advocate for ASD awareness (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
The funds collected will be directly used for expenses incurred from medical, funeral, and travel expenses and future education and care of her children.
