Leo's mobility

Hi my name is Leo McManaman;  I have essential tremor and a balance problem plus I have fallen several times, I also have arthritis in both hips and knees. My wife is not strong enough to push me in a standard wheelchair. I have found a powerchair, a lift and hitchreciver that comes to about 3000.00. This amount should cover all these items.
