Help Josh Fight Cancer

Ten days before Josh's birthday this year, he went in for a walk in clinic visit for what he thought was a head cold.  Unfortunately, when x-rays were taken to rule out pneumonia, a mass was found to be pressing against a main artery to his heart and he was rushed to a hospital emergency room.  Five days later it was indefinitely determined that he had stage 2 Lymphoma and would have to undergo chemotherapy followed by radiation.  
 
Any help to lessen the blow of these crippling medical bills would be unbelievably appreciated at this time.
