Jane Anne's Final Medical Bills

I've been a hospice volunteer for 18 years. In all that time, I have never met a more courageous, smart, or compassionate person than Jane Anne, who is 84-years old.
For nine months, Jane Anne and I have been together, "partners in crime," as we say. In that time, I've learned about her life: about how she was an only child whose mother died young; about how Jane Anne worked and got four master's degrees in education, administration, couneling, and even biology so she could join the National Forestry.
All of her adult life, she has given to others: children, adults, the environment -- and now, after running out of her money and meeting the limits of Medicaire with hospice, she will be forced to leave her simple mobile-home structure, her little dog, Piccoalo, and move into the least expensive nursing facility available. It might be here, near Asheville. It might be far away.
But Jane Anne, who has lost 95 pounds in six months, is to weak to fight this battle herself: a battle to stay in her home, albeit for a short time, until she moves on to a better life where she is healthy, strong, and full of laughter.
If we can immediately get a CNA to be with her 24-hours a day, she can stay in her home. But she cannot be there without full-time assistance. She is too weak to talk let alone feed herself.
I took care of my mom when she, too, was dying, and I made a promise to keep her in her home. My mom was lucky, though. She raised seven children, and we all pitched in to help her out with round the clock care. Jane Anne, on the other hand, literally has no one. No one.
But she could have sons and daughers, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters if we get enough people to contribute to her care. Everyone, statistics show, want to die at home. And yet, only 33% of people right now get to do so. Please, please, give what you can and send this plea on to everyone you know.
Jane Anne has little time left, and we could all make this time for her one in which al that she has given to others the past 65 years is returned to her.
The need is immediate, and I thank you in advance for any help you can give to Jane Anne.
