Helping while Justin heals...

As most of you have heard..a son, partner, father of two, and a good friend to most us has been badly injured. We do not exactly know how, or why this has happened as he was by himself...and we're hoping when he wakes up he will remember. Justin's healing is going to be a long process and the entire family have a long road ahead of them...I have took it upon myself with permission from Becca to start a go fund me account during this time...any money raised will help towards the families commute to and from Hamilton everyday, daycare costs for the boys, Gas...Parking...meals on the go..etc.

As you all know Justin had a beautiful partner in crime, she has always been his biggest support! Becca is currently off on maternity leaving raising their youngest baby, Jack while their oldest Spencer finishes off the school year.

They still have Justin in an induced coma and on a ventilator because of the pain and swelling he is enduring at this time. As of right now what we know for sure is, He is going to need surgeries on his hands and arms for sure and possibly his face. We do not know how many...it just depends on how his body does healing. Originally we were hoping they would start the skin grafts this weekend and have him awake and breathing on his own by the end of next week but it's looking like they are going to wait a bit longer. His burns are very deep and he will be in the burn unit for another 4 weeks at the least, and after that he will have to go to a rehab centre in Toronto to hopefully get full use of his hands back..

I will work with Becca to keep this as updated as we can with Justin's healing progress.
