Helping the Knapp Family Rebuild

What is the worst way to start the new year? The Knapp family will tell you. Their family home burnt down Wednesday January 3rd.  At about 2:30pm, the Unadilla firefighters were called to save the day.  At the same time the family got the most dreaded phone call anyone could imagine. The fire left them with a total loss. Thankfully family is safe and the dogs were saved from the blaze. Unfortunately, the cat did not make it out. 
The Knapps do have insurance, but as we all know that will not cover it. The family will need to find a place to rent until the house can be rebuilt.  They will also have to replace every single item in their home once a new one is built. 
The Knapps would like to thank all of the firefighters and emergency personnel who took part in stopping the blaze. You are truly amazing people to volunteer your time and risk your lives to help others. They would also like to thank you all in advance for your generosity.  The whole family is beyond grateful for all the love and support shown thus far.
