My name is Jeff Reid and I have set up this Go Fund Me for my partner Dominique Hart and her younger sister Desiree Hart whom have just lost their mum, Juel Hart on the 1st of December.
Juel was diagnosed in December of 2017 with Motor Neurone Disease, and was given 2 years - thankfully we had 3 years with her and was looking to have another birthday until she turned for the worst very quickly.
When I met Juel, she had been suffering from the crippling Motor Neurone Disease for 2 years and was one of the strongest, most beautiful women I have met. She had not told many people, apart from those closest to her, she did not want to ask for help or been seen in a weak state, as she was always a strong single mother to the girls.
Both Dominique and Desiree worked tirelessly for the 3 years their mum was sick, at 24 years old Dominique working to pay bills and medical expenses and Desiree only 19 caring for her mum 24/7, with no outside help as Juel's disease was complicated at the best of times and she felt only her daughters understood and would be able to keep her dignity.
I am asking for donations to help the girls with the end of life costs (cremation, body retrieval, plot burial costs, wake costs etc.) - as the girls covered the many medication and medical costs while Juel was still with us, as you can imagine by doing everything themselves - it has left the girls at square one. Juel's death came sooner than expected, so unfortunately Dom and Des are not as prepared as they hoped to be.
They are strong like their mother, so I know they wont ask for help on their own.
These two young girls deserve to not worry about the stress of financials during their grieving.
If you had the pleasure of meeting Juel or her daughters, you would know what a strong bond these three women had. They are lost without their mum.
