Helping Sean

For those of you that know my cousin Sean, know that he has had his fair share of hospitals in his lifetime. Sean has had three open heart surgeries since the age of 6 - the last one being in 2013. In the past three years he has had 2 strokes.
Sean underwent surgery once again on January 4th for Cancer of the Tonsils. This was a very serious operation- not anything like a normal tonsillectomy. He was opened up from behind his ear down to below his chin. All the lymph nodes on the left side were removed along with part of his tongue. After surgery everything appeared to be fine but then Sean noticed that there was a large lump in the surgery area on his neck. He was in tremendous pain. The Dr had to perform an Emergency procedure while Sean was in his bed and then he was whisked off to surgery. Once again he was back in his room and everything seemed to be going along fine - until it wasn't. Sean was able to be off of the feeding tube but the neck drain was still in place. He had been given some strained mushroom soup and some Ensure - suddenly he realized that what he had eaten was now going into the drain tube in his neck. He was immediately taken off food by mouth and January 12th the feeding tube had to be reinserted. Sean is a man that faces life with positivity and grace.
His love for his wife Natalie and two beautiful daughters - Charlotte 4 and Ashleigh 20 months is insurmountable. It's heartbreaking watching him and listening to him try and sing, on the phone, to the girls their bedtime songs - Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and You Are My Sunshine while he is in such pain.
At this point in time we don't know when Sean will be discharged nor do we have a time frame that he will be able to return to work. Many people have asked how they could help Sean and my only answer is that we could possibly set up a Go-Fund-Me page to help offset a lot of the costs not covered by Medical.
