Helping Riley Recover

Hi All,

It is with a saddened heart I ask you to please join me in funding Riley in his recovery. A week ago Riley Chapman, a young civil engineering student at the age of twenty years old has had a very traumatic accident that left him in hospital. Riley is currently left with no feeling below his chest or in his hands. Riley sustained a broken vertebrae in his neck requiring surgery. Riley is currently in ICU on a ventilator to assist with breathing as his body heals. His prognosis is unknown at this point.  Riley’s dad (Christopher Chapman) has had to take time off work and is regularly travelling to be by Riley’s side. It is my intention to help fund expenses the family will incur throughout Riley’s recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is going to be an exorbitant cost for the family of Riley as well as ongoing expenses post hospital stay. At this point the doctors are unable to tell us how long this recovery may take or what it will look like,  but it will be a minimum of one year. Thank you again for any donation, large or small, as it will help so much.

If you’ve ever met Riley I’m sure you know how great of a person he is, and this is truly a sad time. I’m hoping we can all join together to help this family and Riley out.  Christopher Chapman (Rileys father) will be withdrawing all donated funds to help with expenses incurred throughout Rileys recovery.
