Helping Patches with his diabetes

Just found out that Patches needs to go see a vet specialist in Wake Forest for his diabetes because our local vet has gone as far as they can to help him. He needs to have a lot of test run on him and possible other things we don’t know about. We were not expecting his sudden health issues to come up. He has trouble walking and a hard time eating sleeps most of the day. We cannot get him to drink any water.
