Helping our sweet Heather

Many of our Happy Tails ohana is aware that our sweet Heather was the victim of an accident Monday, August 7th. Heather was hit by a car while preparing her van to pick up those happy wagging tails. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken pelvis, broken left leg, fractured left ankle, and a very deep laceration on her right leg , requiring multiple surgeries. She also fractured her lower sacrum.

Heather is in high spirits, as is her usual self, but she has a long road of recovery left in front of her. Heather will be out of work for several months in order to heal and focus on recovery. She will be returning to Happy Tails as soon as she is able. She misses her pups dearly as I'm sure they miss her.


Funds raised will go towards helping Heather with living expenses, medical bills, and providing for her daughter Cassidy while she is out of work.
