Helping our angel Aundraya a CDH warrior!!

Our beautiful daughter Aundraya was born 2/2/2019 with undetected CDH on her right side. Aundraya was transported to Children's Hospital in Birmingham,Al few hours after birth where she remains in NICU right now. She was placed on ECMO 2/4 and removed 2/11, her repair surgery was 2/14 and except for the first week after that things have been going real well for her because she is one tough girl. She was moved off ventilator and put on CPAP and was only on cpap a couple of days and has been moved to regualr nasal cannulas. She is currently being fed through NG tube and things are progressing slowly in the right direction. Children's Hospital doesn't allow visitors under 12 at this time so this puts a strain on us because we have a 2 year old son that can't come to the hospital. The lodging expenses, travel expenses, time off from work and mental stress of the situation all adds up on both parents, my wife and I. Any funds raised will go towards travel and lodging associated with our daughters hospital stay. Having been almost 6 weeks already we still have no time table as to when she may be coming home. Her condition is new to me and I don't know a lot about it honestly, it's called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. Please take some time out of your day to learn about it and spread awareness!
