Helping KK

Muddy Water Riding Club is sponsoring this Go Fund Me to help a local family in need. As some of you know the son of Josh and Savannah Johnson, Kayden or KK as he is better know, was involved in a terrible accident on Friday March 25th. This energetic 5 yr old little boy not only lost his Papa Wade in the accident but he also suffered some serious injuries. KK was airlifted from the scene to the Children's Hospital of Kings Daughter in Norfolk, Virginia with life threatening conditions such as head trauma, internal bleeding, ruptured bladder, broken neck and back, and a severed spinal cord. After numerous operations he is stable but paralyzed from the waist down. The trauma team predicts that KK will be in the hospital for many months doing therapy and learning how to live with his current situation. His mom and dad are at his side and participate in all his daily activities such as therapy, eating, bathing, dressing, etc but they need some financial help with medical expenses, lodging, food, gas, etc and that doesn't include the bills to keep their home going. Personally I can't imagine being so far away from my child and not knowing from day to day if I will have enough gas money to continue going back and forth to the hospital to be with him.
