Helping Dragon Song Forge stay in business.

Trying to raise money for someone very important to me.

I first met Rob when I was 16 at an anime convention. Back then I neither had the funds or ability to purchase a sword of my very own. At the time I was happy with just a picture. When I asked for one I expected to be turned away but Rob took my photo and in doing so made my convention at the time. Something I have never forgotten in all my years.

At the age of 18 we met again when I was setting up a booth for a local comic shop owner for some extra cash. I was amazed by his collection both in presentation and size and was excited to see everything when it was all done. He told me about a cut demonstration that I should not miss on Saturday after the dealer's hall closed. I told him that as much as I wanted to be there I was only helping with setup and could not afford a badge of my own. He then gave me 2 badges so I could bring a friend a pass out some flyers for him as payment. Never forgetting the kindness he showed upon me I made sure every person I came in contact with had one the entire weekend. At the end of the weekend he asked for my contact info requesting that I would work with him again in the future. 22 years ago a long lasting friendship was formed.

Rob is the type of person to not only know but understand the hardships one has to face in life, but he always does what he can to help ease the burden. Now with recent life events affecting shows Rob's business is on the line. I am asking that people help out any way that they can for a man on endless kindness.

For years Dragon Song Forge has had a sole focus on making the customers happy. Be it providing something simple as a memorable experience. Or something as vast as a custom katana for a wedding engagement. The company takes great pride in custom katana work so you know exactly every piece that goes into the work of art all the way down to the tiny little details.

The money raised would help pay the bills to keep the company going during these hard times. As we know a lot of support has been provided to standard people but small business owners have had a much harder time getting the support they need. From the talks I have had Rob is still trying to obtain government support but he is currently in a state of unknown. I know not everyone is in a position to help but I ask that you share the message so that Rob can keep following his dream.
