Helping Castro

Most of us know Mike but for those of you that are less familiar with him, here is a little information.   Mike is a paramedic for BCEMS and currently working in Oroville.  He loves life and is always quick to a smile and a laugh.  He is the first to offer to help out a friend and now needs our help. 

Mike has been feeling ill since 8/2/2017 with what was just thought to a be a viral infection that can be fought at home with fluids and rest.  He had been in and out of Prompt care and continued to get worse.  On Monday 8/7/2017 he was admitted to Enloe Hospital.  So far the doctors are saying this is an unknown enterovirus that is attacking muscles causing breakdown.  It is currently unknow how long he is going to be in the hospital but the Doctor's best guess is a week more. 

Please help out in any way you can to ease the burden of the medical bills and missed work.
