Helping Animals Rescue Team (HEART)

HEART (HElping Animals Rescue Team) helps countless stray animals, particularly cats and dogs, in the city of Kota Kinabulu, Borneo, Malaysia. Many of these animals have been abandoned, are sick, injured, starving and desperately in need of help. Without the help of HEART, many of these animals would continue to suffer and live a very sad, painful and deprived existence on the hard and unforgiving streets of Kota Kinabulu.
In May 2018, HEART's animal shelter was severely damaged by heavy flash flooding. Fortunately all 200 dogs and cats at the shelter were saved, however it has left the organisation and the animals that resided at the shelter in a state of severe chaos and uncertainty.
The organisation is in desperate need of urgent funding to help clean-up, restore and rebuild its much needed animal shelter after the floods, and continue its amazing work. As HEART is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers in Malaysia, any donation is greatly appreciated. 100% of all funds raised will go to HEART.
