Helping Amelie Round get the Surgery she needs

Hi,

My name is Kamila, I am 5 years old and I love sports. My mummy and daddy started me early with swimming as a baby, I then started gymnastics when I was 3 years old and I have done some bouldering and martial arts. I also have the opportunity to ride a pony. I started school in September 2021. Since I started school, there have been lots of things I have enjoyed, but in particular, I have enjoyed PE.

I came across Amelie's story during my martial arts class this week and it made me very sad to see that Amelie, who is 8 years old, cannot walk by herself and needs special equipment to get around every day. Please see the link below for her story:

I would like to help Amelie get the surgery she needs so that she can move by herself and not be in pain.

There is one sport that terrifies me: cycling, because I had a nasty fall last year and when I finally got back on my bike last month, I fell off again and hurt myself.

So, during the May half-term I hope to cycle 5 miles and walk 5 miles for Amelie.
