Help Get My Dad Home

My dad isn’t going to make it he has stage 4 liver failure and only 20% of his liver left. He lives in Montana and they gave him permission to come home but we really need help right now because money is tight. Please I am begging for your help. Please help us get him home so he can see his family and kids and pass away with his family at his side. I would never ask for help for anything if we didn’t truly need it.
