Poor Family need money for marriage

I have created this page on behalf of my friend's father, Mr. Govindarajan Patel from Chennai (India) who belongs to a Brahmin community. He had been saving money for her daughter's marriage for a while. Unfortunately, both of her grandparents passed away in short interval not too long ago and all the savings were used up in their funeral services.
The wedding is to take place on 9th December, however, with no savings left, they are currently unable to organise anything. The wedding may have to be called off if they are not able to pay for the expenses.
Therefore, i have created this page, asking for your donations and raise the target amount of £1500 which will take care of the catering expenses during the wedding. Lets aim to achieve the target before the end of this month so that my friend and her father can pay the expenses upfront and the wedding goes smoothly and without any worries.
I will appreciate any donation made as it will help my friend get married and have a happy future.
