Help our cat, Chobani, get better.

Hi,  my name is Chobani and I haven't eaten in a few days now.  My tummy hurts and I haven't been able to use my litter box either.  I've been seen by two doctors and I've been x-rayed.  They can't find any obvious obstructions in my tummy.   They gave me meds for my appetite but they're not working and i'm not getting any better.   My parents spent their last dime on the first vet visits and it looks like I need to see a specialist ASAP.   We looked into payment plans or thought we would receive a bill after treatment but all payments are due at time of treatment.    Please help with anything possible so I can get back to my normal self.
