Little Jasmine

This little girl is called Jasmine. A few days ago, just before her 10th birthday, she lost her mother Katya (Kitty), who was just 33 years old. Katya was an old school friend of mine and was part of a close circle of friends. Over time, we lost touch, but I never stopped thinking about her. She was an intelligent and funny individual, who was totally devoted to her daughter. When Katya’s sister first reached out to let me and other friends know that she had passed away so young, we were all saddened and shocked, especially as we were thinking what little Jasmine must be going through.

We would like to create a fund in memory of Katya to help Jasmine in the future, so that when she turns 18 years old she will have something to help her achieve what her mother would have wished for her. Jasmine’s loving dad, Richard, is unfortunately unable to work because of chronic health problems.

Losing a parent when you are a small child has such a devasting effect upon you, and I hope in some small way these funds might go some way to helping Jasmine live a happier and more fulfilled life. Please give whatever you can, big or small, it will help create a better future for Jasmine. Thank you so much for your kind generosity, and for making a difference in a little girl’s life.
