HELP CADBURY

One of my best friends just adopted a sweet lab puppy from Music City Animal Rescue 6 days ago and she has become very very sick.  She has a severe case of pneumonia and her respirations were 8-per minute last night  She was is so lethargic she was barely able to hold her head up.  The vet didn't even think she would make it through the night!  Luckily she is still alive and even trying to give kisses!  She still needs so many prayers, because she is still in critical condition.  Also, the emergency vet bill is estimated to be $2,800.00 and could even be higher. Cadbury's mom and her were rescued from a Kill Shelter by Music City Animal  Rescue, so this poor puppy has already been through so much!  Please help and share if you can!!
