Please Help Bring Bill Beattie Home

In September 2016, my friend and co-worker, Bill Beattie, after winning a year-long battle with lymphoma, only to be followed by another battle with prostate cancer, was struck with a deadly virus, that after four spinal taps, would remain unidentifiable.  This virus left him on life support and with a feeding tube, unable to move his arms and legs.  It's been almost a year now, and Bill has been in eight different facilities (some of them multiple times).  He is making tremendous progress, but still has a very long journey ahead of him.  Bill's family has incurred a year of lost wages and unsurmountable medical expenses.  Bill continues to require medical care and intense physical therapy.  More than anything else, Bill wants to go home to continue his recovery.  This will not be possible without the help and generosity of people like you and me.  Bill will need 24/7 care, and insurance will  cover only a few hours per day.  Please find it in your heart to help make coming home a reality for Bill.  Bill is a friend to all he meets, and had started his own cancer support network to help others that were going through the same life struggle that he had experienced.  Now it is Bill's turn to reap the rewards of the kindness and compassion he has shown to others.  Your donation will help Bill and his family begin to recover financially from this tragic medical triad that they have endured over the last four years, and will help make it possible for Bill to come home with continued medical care and physical therapy.
