Fatty Liver Disease Ashley's Transplant

Hi my name is Ashley, nickname Nemo. Please hear my plea and learn about a journey of having N.A.F.L.D, it stands for non alcoholic fatty liver disease (Cirrhosis of the liver). Its a type of liver disease but so much more because it is a multi system disease that affects many systems in body. I have bi weekly doctor visits, hospitalized many times, some in ICU. I'm in constant pain but can't take or am not allowed pain pills. I'm always cold due to low blood counts, have had many transfusions. It's a genetic disorder that was misdiagnosed for years due to my disease matching parts of others. I will need transplant but never know how soon. I'm very susceptible to germs so one bad cold or infection could attack system and complicate things more. I also need two hernia surgeries but have to wait because I am high risk, an could die on table. In October 2018, I found out I have spur cells. Basically a small ninja star that rips through my red blood cell, making blood counts all over the place and makes me anemic. I will be starting bi weekly blood transfusions, that have to be scheduled, and i need a driver to take me. I have a husband and 3 wonderful dogs but dogs are hard to take care of by myself. Husband got a new job with less money and No insurance in beginning. He works just to keep mortgage and car a float. I cant find many reliable care takers. Can't pay for medications or many groceries because eating healthy isn't cheap. Also medical supplies are adding up. Also can't pay for doctor visits. I would appreciate a house cleaner to keep it sanitary for me. Also a company we could afford to help make safety modifications in the house. I am trying to bring awareness to liver diseases and research. My medical team is at Froedert hospital in Milwaukee, Wi. Please help me, I am looking for a friend and I pray everyday someone will help me. I will be very grateful and thank you in any way I can. I try to help give back even when I am sick. I don't always look it but I'm suffering on the inside. Thought about about writing before but was in denial, I am not anymore.  2019, start of another year, with news of end stage liver failure, need to be assessed by team on how high i would be on transplant list. Kidneys startng to decline as well and hernias getting worse.  Medical supplies adding up quickly. Ive been trying to make cards with happy things and send them to patients in for hospital stays, feel free to make any and send to froedert, usually 9NT is my floor. Any help you can give would be beyond appreciated.  The littlest thing is improving a life. Thank you.
