Help Virgin Islands Deirdre Short

My husband and I have gone to the US Virgin Islands almost every wedding anniversary in hurricane season on the 21st of September. There we met and have grown to love so many people, places and such beauty, we had ever experienced elsewhere.
As you know Irma made a direct hit to the islands on 9/6/17 and our dear friend Deirdre Short and her family have endured the devastation w very little progress in two weeks time. They expect to be out of work and without power for months.
I'm asking my friends, her friends and anyone else who would like to see exactly where their donation is going, to give as little or as much as you can to help them weather this storm and Jose who seems to be on his way as well. These funds provided as soon as possible will help them prepare for the next hit and help to keep them a float until the islands can be rebuilt. Due to the logistics, this could take months and months.
Please remember, this is a United States Territory and they should not be forgotten.
