Help 4 Casillas Fam: Harvey

We are going through the most heartwrenching situation I wish upon no one. The rains from the bands of Hurricane Harvey poured upon our house starting Thursday August 24 and continued falling and falling.  The water was rising and rising and continued moving up into our community.  By Saturday we saw that Harvey was moving too slow and that we needed to leave our home.  We told all of our neighbors that the Addicks resevoir and Barker resevoir were going to be opened and that we all should leave.  We took one of our trucks and parked at Texas Childrens Hospital that night.  We thought we should return to get our other truck, but it was too late for it.  We could not get through the 5 feet of deep water.  I had not seen my house until today and I am truely distraught.  We have worked so hard for everything we have and it has been a battle to get here.  I am scared of what is to come, I don't know ... how to fix this. My name is Melissa Saucedo Casillas, I am raising funds for my family of 2.  Steven A Casillas Winters is my husband we will be using our funds to rebuild our house, to replace our damaged car, and furnish our home.
