Help Ziggy and Paul Rebuild Their Lives

(Written by a friend as a favor.)

Ziggy and Paul are two college students at Michigan Tech, just finishing their academic careers. This morning at 3:00am, they were awoken by a sudden explosion that tossed them three feet in the air, and rushed out of their home as everything they owned burned down around them.

If you're reading this, you likely already know both of these two are always there to lend a hand to anyone and everyone, and as their friend I can vouch for the amazing people they are as they filled me in on the details today of breaking down a door to help their neighbors, and it not feeling real.

I can't imagine what it would be like to be on the precipice of post-college life and lose everything I own, my home, my car, my phone, like they did. While the community and their families have been incredibly supportive, it is going to take a lot to replace everything they lost.

Being the people they are, they are hesitant to ask for help. If you are not in a position to help, please don't. But if you can spare anything to help get them back on their feet, we would all be eternally grateful.
