Help Zeek with medical bills following accident

Hi everyone, I’ve created this GoFund me to help my big brother after a horrible accident he had on Thanksgiving night. Ezekiel (Zeek) was leaving his girlfriends family dinner when he tripped and fell down a flight of concrete stairs.

The impact from the fall left him with his 2 front teeth permanently knocked out, and many teeth broke were shattered and lodged in his mouth. His lips were both smashed and filled with bone fragments. He also sustained a terrible injury to his head and has lacerations all over his face and body. 

Ezekiel was taken to the emergency room and underwent two facial reconstructive surgeries. Our family is now taking care of him and supporting him in hopes he can heal from this traumatic and painful event. 

My brother was recently laid off from his navy job and unfortunately this left him without medical and dental insurance. Without insurance, Ezekiel will have to cover the cost from his surgeries and dental implants. 

All donations received will help Zeek with expenses for his surgeries and implants he will need in the upcoming weeks. Any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
