Bonjour à tous,
Je me permets de vous solliciter pour aider ma meilleure amie Zabdi. Elle a reçu une Obligation de Quitter le Territoire Français (OQTF) la semaine dernière. Elle a donc 30 jours pour quitter le territoire.
Zabdi est arrivée en France en 2015. Elle est immédiatement tombée amoureuse de la France et de sa culture. Après deux ans passés en tant que fille au pair, elle a ensuite trouvé un emploi au sein d’une entreprise française. Elle a donc fait une demande de visa de travail avec son employeur qui a accepté de la sponsoriser.
Après des heures et des jours passés à la préfecture, et à cause de certaines informations spécifiques manquantes et autres procédures administratives compliquées, sa demande de visa a été refusée à deux reprises bien qu’elle ait suivi et respecté toute la procédure imposée par la loi française. Avec cette OQTF, elle doit rapidement engager un avocat afin de recevoir une aide juridique pour pouvoir rester en France.
Pour l'aider dans le financement de ses frais, j'ai créé un GoFundMe.

I'm reaching out to you because my best friend Zabdi, just got an "OQTF" (Obligation to leave French territory) and has 30 days to leave France (end of August).
I wanted to share her story with you and beg you to help with anything you can.
She arrived in France in 2015 as an Au Pair with all hopes and dreams of a new life and fell immediately in love with France and its culture. After staying a second year with her lovely host family as an Au Pair, it was time to get back to adulthood and get a real job. So she applied for a working visa with a french company to sponsor her. After endless hours in the Prefecture and due to some missing specifics in the process and some other excessively complicated administrative procedure, she got refused twice even though everyone and everything shows how unjust this was. She has respected and followed everything by the book according to French laws... but now with this 'OQTF', she needs to hire a lawyer ASAP and get the legal help she deserves to keep her life here in France, the country she now calls home.
