Help Your Sweet Pickins Venue Survive COVID 19
Donation protected
The venue opened up for business on 1/1/2020. The intentions were to provide a venue space in Osceola that is affordable and unique along with offering DIY workshops. With COVID19, the workshops are on hold and the bookings for events have stopped. Unfortunately I do not qualify for the 2 different types of small business relief funds/grants that are now available to small business during this pandemic. I am asking my supportors to consider a small donation. The funds raised will be used for my mortgage (I own the building) and other month expenses such as insurance. If I raise $500 thru GoFundMe - then GoFundMe, Yelp and QuickBooks will match $500. My hopes are that soon we will be gathering with friends and family and celebrating those special events and Your Sweet Pickins can continue to be an event venue available for those special times. Small or large, any support will be greatly appreciated and along with much gratitude for supporting local and small business. To show my gratitude for donations - I will thank those by giving a % off any DIY Workshop or a % off your booking for an event. Percentage will be based on the size of the donation. Thank you to GoFundMe, Yelp and Intuit QuickBooks for this matching grant relief program.
