Help young Idahoan family get a home in Idaho

We are a young family trying to purchase our first home. We are North Idahoans raised with conservative Christian values. North Idaho has always been our home and we don't intend to give it up. At any other time in the past we would have had no trouble getting into a home, but due to out of staters flooding in and driving up home prices, we have been pushed out of the market. If it is important to anyone viewing this to fight for North Idaho's people, morals, history, and future please help us out. We need long time Idahoans to stay Idahoans and not be run off or forced out by out of staters or investors that can afford to snap up homes leaving locals with no opportunities.
