Help XmarX build a food bike and kitchen!

Hey y'all, and thanks for following along! XmarX is needing an upgrade and is asking for your support. Over this last year, I've biked my set up well over 400 miles, and that has put a beating on my current rig which was not meant to haul as much weight as I am doing. For this next season, my goal is to upgrade the bike (a custom built Bullitt with a MUCH stronger drive drain and components), a fully built out and custom fabricated fold out kitchen on the trailer, and then longer term, a kitchen build that will include the original alternative tech for operating lightly on the earth. The bike and trailer build is gonna be in the neighborhood of 8k and will get me back up and going as a fully bike operated food vendor. All of this money is staying in the local economy as the bike build is being handled by Cargo Bike Shop in St. Paul, and the trailer will be fabricated by Core Mark Metals here in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The remaining amount is a long term goal to build out a stand alone kitchen that will not only facilitate expanding services, but will be offered as a commissary for other like minded individuals, operating only on solar, methane biodigester system, and water harvesting and filtration system!
