Help with stuff with loss from car and house fire

I’m Stephanie Moore and my grandmother loss her house and car from fire. She got out of house with her dog, but her house is a total lost and most everything in it is going to be lost because of smoke and water damage. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
