Help With Steve's Medical Expenses

On Saturday, January 15th, my father, Steve Mitchell, was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. He was admitted to the ICU in extremely critical condition. On January 16th, he suffered two cardiac arrests and was thankfully resuscitated both times. The staff is doing everything in their power to understand what caused this sudden illness, but the road to recovery might be a long one. My father has no medical insurance and is the sole money-maker for my family. We have no idea how we will pay for his medical bills, medications and after care.

Everyone who knows my father, knows two things -- that he has a great love for music; he's a wonderful musician and has spent almost all of his life playing guitar with several bands and doing studio recordings, and that he's always willing to go above and beyond to help others without expecting anything in return.

But, he's not the type to ask for help, so I am asking for him. If you know my father, whether through his music or his friendship, please consider helping us out.  Any little bit you can offer is very much appreciated.
