Help with Phil Whyte's hospital bill

Hi, my name is Cass. My uncle Phil lives in Thailand, and he is very ill in hospital. The hospital has requested an initial payment of $10,000 as unfortunately you cannot get health insurance over there unless you are a local.

 

He said that he fell ill 2 days after his second covid shot but the cause is unknown. He is in a public hospital but he has to pay for everything that they do ei X-rays medication and the operation. He had to have an emergency tracheotomy, as he couldn't breathe even with the oxygen bottle, then his heart was starting to give in so they put him on a heart machine. The hospital may not release him until the money owing is paid. Our whole family are trying to scrape together what we all can but we really need help.
