Help with Noel Reveles Medical exp

Please help with Noel Reveles Medical expenses..  Tuesday December 12th, Noel started having severe chest/upper abdominal pain and severe shortness of breath, his wife rushed him to Winfield E.R, after completing a CT scan he was diagnosed with severe pancriatitas, severe Diabetes and many other complications.  They admitted him for further testing and to administer IV antibiotics.  After further testing throughout the day the hospital had realized he had become sepsis and his liver and kidneys were trying to fail! The hospital didn't feel comfortable any longer in providing proper care for Noel,so they sent him to ECM in Florence Alabama where they said his triglycerides and cholesterol were over 4000 and it is extremely dangerous.  The Doctor stated that Noel is a ticking time bomb.  After further testing at ECM they gave Noel a diagnosis  of an extremely rare genetic disease and that he can not survive without the medications that will cost over 500.00 monthly possibly more. Noel Reveles is a hardworking Father of 2.  Carmen is 8 and Eli is 6.  Noel was the only source of income for the family of four.  This is extremely hard on the family as it is Christmas in 11 days.  Tracy (his wife) is currently staying with Noel at the hospital because he is still in Critical condition and has to be assisted with everything! She is also caring for their 2 children and the hospital is an hour each way.. please help this family with anything you can as God will truly bless you.  No amount is to small.
