Help with medical bills,house and Juan's 3 boys

Hi, my name is Alin Aranda. I am the sister of Juan Martin Aranda. On April 8th, we received a terrible phone call saying my brother Juan was in the hospital. Once we got to the hospital, they told us he needed an operation to remove a blood clot because he was having a stroke. The blood clot broke down into pieces, and went to a very sensitive part of his brain. Doctors were not able to remove it. They told us he had an 80% chance of not surviving. They told us the next 3 days would be critical. In order to help save his life, the doctors ended up having to remove part of his skull to allow for the brain to swell. Juan is currently paralyzed on his left side of his body. He cannot use his leg, arm and cannot see on the left side. He needs assistance is the simple things like eating and drinking. His muscles in his throat are also not working properly.

Juan needs help to pay for treatment and living expenses. God, with all his mercy, is keeping Juan alive. Juan is an amazing father of 3 wonderful boys. Juan has always been a good father, brother and son. Juan is an amazing person. He likes to help others with no expectation of anything in return. He is an extremely hard worker. This is going to change his life. Juan is unable to work right now. He still has to undergo another surgery in a couple months once the swelling in the brain is reduced. Once Juan makes it out of the hospital, with God’s grace, he will still have to go through physical therapy to regain mobility and the simplest of life tasks. The road is long but Juan has proven he is a fighter.

Hola, mi nombre es Alin Aranda. Soy hermana de Juan Martín Aranda. El 8 de abril recibimos una terrible llamada diciendo que mi hermano Juan estaba en el hospital. Una vez que llegamos al hospital, nos dijeron que necesitaba una operación para quitarle un coágulo de sangre porque estaba teniendo un derrame cerebral. El coágulo de sangre se rompió en pedazos y fue a una parte muy sensible de su cerebro. Los médicos no pudieron extirparlo. Nos dijeron que tenía un 80% de posibilidades de no sobrevivir. Nos dijeron que los próximos 3 días serían críticos. Para ayudar a salvar su vida, los médicos terminaron teniendo que extirpar parte de su cráneo para permitir que el cerebro se hinchara. Juan actualmente está paralizado del lado izquierdo de su cuerpo. No puede usar la pierna, el brazo y no puede ver el lado izquierdo. Él necesita ayuda en las cosas simples como comer y beber. Los músculos de su garganta tampoco funcionan correctamente.

Juan necesita ayuda para pagar el tratamiento y los gastos de manutención. Dios, con toda su misericordia, mantiene vivo a Juan. Juan es un padre increíble de 3 niños maravillosos. Juan siempre ha sido un buen padre, hermano e hijo. Juan es una persona increíble. Le gusta ayudar a los demás sin esperar nada a cambio. Es un trabajador extremadamente duro. Esto va a cambiar su vida. Juan no puede trabajar en este momento. Todavía tiene que someterse a otra cirugía en un par de meses una vez que se reduzca la inflamación en el cerebro. Una vez que Juan salga del hospital, con la gracia de Dios, todavía tendrá que pasar por terapia física para recuperar la movilidad y las tareas más simples de la vida. El camino es largo pero Juan ha demostrado que es un luchador.
