Final Expenses for Leonor Colon due to Covid-19

*** 12/17/20 Update* **
Our mother turned 72 on 11/3. She became ill about a week later. She was admitted into the hospital on 11/13 with an oxygen saturation of 58%. Then on 11/18 she was placed onto the ventilator. Over the course of the next few weeks,she improved and declined repeatedly. On friday 12/11, the Dr. informed us that her body was not producing the natural antibodies to fight off the infection. Her kidneys were failing and her lungs were getting worse.
My brother and I decided it would be best to place her in hospice were she passed away peacefully with myself and my brother at her bedside. We understand this is a blessing as many other families do not get the opportunity to do so. and we are thankful.
We started this page to assist with the unknown amount of expenses,but regretfully now we are trying to conclude her final expenses.

Hello Everyone! My name is Maddy and my brother is Ed. We are starting this Go Fund Me page for our mother Leonor"Eleanor"Colon
Here is alittle bit of who our mother is.
For those that know her,knows that she is a sweet, kind, giving and loving woman. She will do for you if she can and even if she cant, she always finds away to do it anyway. She always has other people in mind before herself especially those that are near and dear to her. 

Our mom has been recently admitted into the hospital and tested positive for Covid. She turned 72 years young on Nov 3rd. Needless to say she couldnt really celebrate. She was admitted on 11/13. As of today she is still in the hospital.
My brother and I are trying to take care of some of her finances and medical bills so when she comes home she can worry less.
We do not want her to stress out.  We would love to help her with with some of her finances and even medical bills which will be coming soon.
My mom has worked for years non stop without a break.  Even up to a week or so before she was admitted she was working. She's worked as a bank officer in NY for many years and real estate agent as well. Up until recently a United healthcare customer service representative 
Our friends while growing up in NY and Florida would always call her "Mom" or "Mom Dukes" She is everyone's adopted mom.
And she loves that title. She wears it proudly.
We all know she has a fun personality.
She loves Thor and Captain America. and of course her grand daughter,Zoey.

We are seeking help from those that would like to donate to our mom's cause.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
