Help with Johnny Lenville's Funeral

We, Johnny's family, are asking for help with the costs of his casket, transportation, funeral, burial, and grave marker. Any leftover money will be used to help his family move closer to his final resting place.

Johnny was a dedicated biker, a love that started when he was a young child with a love for minibikes. He used to love to repair them and ride in his backyard on a little course that he had built. Unfortunately, his ability to enjoy bikes would come to an end after surviving a massive heart attack, which he was declared clinically dead for over a minute, but survived, despite doctors agreeing he shouldn't have.

He was very strong and intelligent with a wonderful sense of humor. He was an incredibly good-natured person who was always willing to help a friend in need. How could someone with such a good and loving heart have cardiac issues?

He survived against so many odds, all with a good attitude. Despite spending much of his life in the hospital since childhood, he never gave up and never stopped fighting to live a good life.

After his heart attack, he never gave up hope he would feel better... Unfortunately, that day wouldn't come. He had to have an LVAD implant which pumps blood to the heart. This involved a battery pack that was connected to a tube coming from his heart through his stomach.

His quality of life didn't improve, but he was alive and never gave up on projects he wanted to do, but was unable to because he never felt well enough.

He had many hobbies that he was very dedicated to. He loved HAM and CB radios and was a long-time HAM radio operator. He had a love of electronics, taking things apart and putting them back together, fixing things, and building things. He was only 12 when he installed ceiling fan lights in his parents' home, which included wiring.

On a couple of occasions, around the age of 10, truckers would pull up in front of the house to drop off their CB radio for him to repair. They were thrilled after he fixed their radio perfectly.

He would buy old Swiss Army knives from around the world and refurbish and repair them. He planned to start engraving them but didn't get the chance to before he passed.

He was an ordained minister, performed weddings, and raised money for charities important to him. During all his hardships, he always thought of others.

He was in and out of the hospital continuously, but still never gave up hope until he passed away from a major stroke brought on by a large blood clot in his brain on January 18th, 2023, at the heartbreakingly young age of 53.

In his last days, he spoke constantly of his family and his friends, whom he also considered his family. Johnny was a loving son, brother, cousin, nephew, friend, and uncle. His nieces will miss their uncle so much. We have a void in our hearts without him. He was a good soul from day one. May God wrap his arms around him and hold him tight so that he feels no more pain, and only warmth, safety and happiness forever and ever.
