Help with Jacks funeral costs and children

Please help my family raise money for Jack Wert's funeral costs. He was on his way home from work when an irresponsible driver lost control and hit his work truck head on. Jack is survived by his two beautiful children Lincoln (4) and Luna (6) who we are also raising money to help. Any support is greatly appreciated.

Jen Wert (Jacks sister) and I (cousin) are extremely grateful for everyone showing so much support to our family during these tragic times. We have been blessed in receiving donations that will help us cover the expensive funeral costs and the remaining balance will be placed in a trust for his two beautiful children who he adored!
