Help with housing and medical costs

Cassy needs some help getting her new family together.  Her newest addition Landon has been in the hospital for the last week. He's not even a month old yet. The doctors say his white blood cells count is too low. Now Cassy and Landon must travel to St. Louis to a blood disorder specialist. Before the new baby got sick Cassy had to move from where she was living so she's been staying with family in central Illinois. But all the babies doctors and the new specialists are in St. Louis, so now she has to go back to St. Louis and stay for awhile for doctor visits for Landon.  
Cassy is a good caring and loving mother with 2 beautiful children who has hit a rough patch in life. She needs help getting settled into a home or an apartment and with no income right now, the medical costs and medicines are just going to make it even harder. Any help would be so appreciated and when she gets through it all she intends on paying it forward.
