Help Hank w/eye surgeries+heartworm

Tax deductible
Update: Our original estimate for the cost of Hank's eye surgeries was changed when the vet examined him more indepth. Because of the extent of the prolapsed membrane in both Hank's eyes, we will need an eye specialist to do the surgeries, not a general vet. So the cost of his care for both the heartworm and eye surgeries has climbed from $2,200 to $6,200.  This was not  what we were hoping to hear, but despite the looming, giant medical bills, we still are fully committed to seeing Hank through all of his medical issues.

Hank is a young chocolate lab mix guy who ended up in a kill shelter. His chance of making it out alive was slim because he was heartworm positive, which takes on average $1,000 to treat. On top of that, this poor boy has two cherry eyes, a condition which causes a membrane in the eye to prolapse and protrude from the eye. Correcting Hank's cherry eyes will take two surgeries, one in each eye. The deck was stacked against this cheerful, happy-go-lucky guy. Then Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue stepped in, pulling him in the nick of time. Please help FPALR pay for his two eye surgeries and to treat his heartworm. He didn't deserve to die and is a wonderful dog with his tail always wagging. Show him that people have heart.
